End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Microvest that governs your use of the Microvest mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA and to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licence

Microvest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this EULA and the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained the App. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Microvest.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, and meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Use and AML & KYC Policy, to use the App. See our Age Suitability page for more.

Acceptable use and objectionable content

The App includes MiSocial, a community feature with user-generated content. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to create, upload, or share content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users. We enforce this through an automated content filter, in-app reporting, user blocking, and prompt moderation, as described in our Community Guidelines. We may remove content and eject users who violate this EULA.

Restrictions

You must not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;

• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the App;

• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, or circumvent any security or access controls;

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others, or use automated means to access the App.

Intellectual property

The App, and all content and materials in it (other than your own user-generated content), including the Microvest and MiSocial names and logos, are owned by or licensed to Microvest and are protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Updates and availability

We may release updates, and may add, change, or remove features, at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part. Some updates may be required for you to continue using the App.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Microvest is not a financial adviser and the App does not provide financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Microvest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in this EULA excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

App store terms

If you download the App from a third-party app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), your use is also subject to that store's terms. You acknowledge that the app store provider has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.

Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will end automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. On termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices. You may also delete your account at any time via our Delete Account page.

Governing law and contact
